By downloading our mobile application, visiting our website (zingato.in), or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access our application or utilize our delivery services. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Zingato.
To use the Zingato app, you must create an account using a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number. You are responsible for:
Zingato acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting customers with local restaurant merchants. We strive to present accurate menus, pricing, and packaging details, but the ultimate preparation quality, portion sizes, and ingredient safety of the food are the sole responsibility of the respective partner restaurant.
All prices listed on the app are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are set in consultation with partner restaurants. Delivery charges, tax regulations, and packaging fees may be added to your checkout total as detailed before order confirmation. Payments can be settled via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or cash-on-delivery (COD) where available.
Delivery operations are subject to active service coverage radii (typically within 5-8km from the partner restaurant). Our riders make all efforts to meet estimated delivery times, but traffic congestion, rain, and public events may introduce delays. Delay does not automatically entitle the customer to order cancellations or refunds.
In compliance with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address customer concerns. If you experience issues, please contact our officer at:
